Why new cars break down more often than old ones

As it turned out, one of the main causes of malfunctions has recently become a factory defect. Most often, owners of new cars are faced with breakdowns in transmissions, gearboxes and braking systems. In addition to manufacturing defects, inadequate observance of the operating rules by the drivers themselves during the running-in period also leads to problems with the technical equipment of the vehicle. Motorists were reminded to adhere to a number of requirements and restrictions during the warranty period. Another reason new cars break down more often than old ones is due to reduced reliability. Unfortunately, it has been noticed that over the years, automakers are less and less carefully monitoring the quality of their cars. Previously, companies guaranteed a higher level of reliability and safety. This, of course, does not apply to all car manufacturers, but the general trend is disappointing.
